Native Garden and Creek

Unit students are busy creating a fabulous garden area around our Trade Training Centre. The students were excited to see the heavy log for their new native garden being delivered by crane. Matthew Rose from Number 7 Tree and Stump Services kindly donated some red gum trunks which will be placed around the new dry creek beds, pergola and ponds. The heavier log had to be craned in and carefully positioned in place. This new garden adjacent to the Trade Training Centre will provide a home to local native plants and wildlife and has been supported by a grant from the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges National Resource Management Board. Excellent work everyone - we can’t wait to see the finished garden!
